Understanding that weak cognitive skills could be impeding student achievement is critical to the success of education and the lives of each of your students. Now schools have access to comprehensive and affordable tools to help their students achieve their full potential.
If a school will test all students, 2nd grade and above, we will provide access to the Gibson Test at no cost. Knowing the Learning Skills Profile of each of your students enhances the RTI process, identifies the underlying causes of academic under-performance and enables a more informed process to improve state test scores.
We are seeking up to 100 schools to participate as demonstration sites. A school must test all students and serve students who qualify for the school lunch program. We will provide ten BrainSkills training programs at no cost if the school will agree to properly implement the program. Up to ten schools will be selected for larger sample sizes.
Meeting Adequate Yearly Progress goals can be challenging. As the bar is raised higher, it will become even more difficult for each school to meet the new higher requirements. If your school already struggles to meet AYP goals, cognitive skill testing and training may offer the best hope for a solution.
