BrainSkills

The generally accepted education paradigm assumes that intelligence is fixed.  Fortunately, a significant body of scientific research and successful clinical programs have proven beyond any doubt that the brain can change, that cognitive skills can be improved with the appropriate training.  That training has to be consistent, intense, properly structured and for a sufficient period of time.  The training protocol is one hour per day, five days per week for 12-24 weeks.  Gains can be seen in as little as one month, but the full training is required to see significant gains.
